Refund Policy

Summary
All sales are final. VibeVersity does not offer refunds on subscription payments or one-time pack purchases. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges; your access continues through the end of the current paid period.
Why we don't refund
We're a small team building real, hands-on courses. Every subscription directly funds the next exercise we ship. Our pricing is intentionally transparent — the curriculum, tier features, billing cadence, and total upfront cost are described in full on the pricing page and confirmed on the Stripe Checkout screen before you pay.
Subscriptions (Explore, Master, Master — Founder, Team)
Subscription plans are billed with a 3-month upfront commitment, then renew monthly. The full upfront amount is disclosed at checkout before you pay. Canceling stops future renewal charges; it does not retroactively refund the paid commitment period.
Packs (Creator, Solopreneur, Business)
Packs are annual subscriptions: the full 12-month price is billed upfront and the subscription auto-renews at the same annual price each year unless you cancel. Each annual payment is non-refundable once charged.
We send a pre-renewal reminder about 20 days before each annual renewal (in compliance with California's Automatic Renewal Law) and a second courtesy reminder about 3 days before the charge. You can cancel at any time from your account page; cancellation stops the next renewal while preserving access through the end of your current paid year.
Enterprise Cohort is a one-time, non-renewing per-seat purchase ($3,000 per seat for 12 months of Team-level access; up to 25 seats per Cohort contract). The total invoice is $3,000 multiplied by the number of seats agreed at signing. It does not auto-renew.
Professional services (Coaching, We Build Your App, 1:1 Session)
These services are governed by Terms § 5a. The cancellation and refund mechanics are:
- AI Business Coaching ($1,000/mo) — 30-day money-back guarantee on your first paid month. Email us within 30 days of your first charge and we will refund that charge in full, no questions asked. After the first month, you can cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next monthly charge but does not refund the current month.
- We Build Your App ($3,500 split) — Delivers a Minimum Viable Product (MVP): a limited, working proof of concept (one user flow, one happy path, one integration), not a finished or production-ready application. Two milestone payments: $1,750 at kickoff and $1,750 at the end of week 4. The starting payment is non-refundable once kickoff has begun (calendar booked, scope confirmed on day 1). Final payment is due on delivery of the MVP demo; you own all deliverables outright on final payment. Out-of-scope work (hardening, scaling, additional features, post-delivery support) is not included and is not refundable as a missed expectation.
- 1:1 Session ($300) — Refundable in full if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours, or no-shows, are non-refundable. Completed sessions are non-refundable.
Narrow exceptions
We will issue a refund in these situations only:
- Duplicate charge. If our systems charge you twice for the same subscription period, we will refund the duplicate.
- Fraudulent transaction. If your card was used without your authorization, email us and we will work with you and your bank to resolve it.
- Service not delivered. If we terminate your account for convenience (not for breach of Terms), we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid period.
- Legal requirement. Where a refund is required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank without first contacting us, we reserve the right to permanently terminate your account and prohibit future purchases. We ask that you contact our support team first — we can almost always resolve billing issues directly and faster than a chargeback.
How to cancel
Sign in, visit your account page, and click "Manage billing" to open the Stripe Customer Portal where you can cancel in one click. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period.
